Another lovely week for the Falcons.

In maths, we have been focussing on making groups of ten to count more efficiently and partitioning numbers up to 50. The Falcons have been fantastic at splitting a number into tens and ones.

This week we planned, wrote and edited a letter to Cotswold Wildlife Park. The children could remember all the features needed to write a letter. 

In RE, we listened to the Easter story and thought carefully about how the characters would be feeling and why. Falcons made links between Easter eggs and new life. 

Falcons all thoroughly enjoyed their first forest school session with Mr Summers. They made bug hotels and even toasted marshmallows!
