This week we have been developing our skills for writing non-chronological reports. Next week we are going to start writing our reports in sections to make sure that we really know how to gather information for our report and make them super informative. In maths we have been continuing developing our understanding of perimeter and length. We have been finding the perimeter of many different types of shapes. 

Star of the week: 

This week our star is ... Mia! Mia always shows great care and kindness to others and is always following the school promises! Well done Mia!

Things to remember: 

• Home learning is now stuck to the bottom of EMT sheets. Please practice your spellings, maths task and read 5x weekly. 
• Next Friday is 'Comic Relief'. The children are being asked to bring in a joke to share with their class (please make sure that they are appropriate for school). 
• Please bring in reading records and water bottles each day.
