We have had another busy week in Ospreys.

In Maths, we are continuing with our learning of multiplication and learning about multiples of 2 and 3. Our times table knowledge is really helping us with multiplication. Next week we will learn our 3 times tables and move on to multiples of 4. 

In English, the children completed their hot write on writing instructions on how to make pizza. They all used the skills they had learnt this term in writing instructions and using time conjunctions and adverbs. They should all be able to make pizza now!

In Geography, we have been learning all about hurricanes. We have learnt what they are, how they are formed and researched facts about hurricanes to write our own fact file.

Star of the week this week is Aleora. Aleora has persevered in her work this week even when it was tricky. Well done Aleora!

It was good to meet with some parents on Thursday at parents evening. I look forward to meeting with other parents on Tuesday. If you are not able to make an appointment, please let me know and we can arrange a time.
