What have we been up to this week?

This week in Hawks we have been consolidating our multiplication and division methods. We have also been writing poetry this week, and have created the final product of a free verse poem about the sun! The language choices we made were incredible! This week in Science we have been looking at the role that teeth play in our digestion. We learnt all about the different types of teeth and what their roles are. We have aslo enjoyed researching Florida and our local area so that we can compare and contrast them next week. In PE TAG rugby has been our focus and now we are playing game situations. 

Star of the week:

This week our star of the week is ... Phoebe H! Phoebe has shown great perseverance in her learning and produced wonderful poetry in English! Well done Phoebe!

Reminders for next week:

-Home learning: read 5x a week, spellings for next week are: minute, natural, naughty, notice, occasion and the maths task is focusing on reciting your 4x tables.  

- PE days are Wednesday (swimming) and Friday (TAG Rugby). Our last swimming session is next week. 

- Tuesday evening next week is parents evening. 

- Next Friday is the last day of term.
