This week in Hawks we have been focusing on writing narrative pieces in English and have been working on creating atmosphere throughout our writing. In maths we have been continuing to focus on decimals and have been looking at tenths as fractions and decimals, as well as dividing a one-digit number by 10. 

We have enjoyed History and learnt about what Britain was like before they arrived here. We used some hot seating drama to help us explore what that would have been like. We have also started our athletics PE sessions, helping us to prepare for our sports day choices next term!

Star of the Week:

There was no celebration assembly this week due to school activities.
