We had a busy first week back in Ospreys. It was great to see all the children start the term with such a positive attitude.

In Maths, we have been learning about adding and subtracting 100. We have also been practising our arithmetic skills and timetable skills.

In English, we have been writing book reviews about the Firework-Makers daughter and creating a new book cover.

In Geography, we have been learning about how the surrounding land has been used in the past and what it is used for today. We looked at how maps have changed over the last 300 years.

We enjoyed Yoga on Tuesday and Hockey on Thursday. We also had lots of fun with the Sports for Champions session and met a fantastic double trampolining champion.

We have started rehearsing for the Christmas production, which is very exciting!

Star of the week this week was Cora. Cora has worked hard this week and has shown a great positive attitude to her learning.

Please can children read 5x a week and record in their reading record.
