This week in Owls we watched a video about some animals that come to a garden at night. We wrote about the animals for our whole school hot write. Owls wrote about the animals independently. 

The children loved making their own snow using cornflour and hair conditioner! We created habitats for arctic animals and used our imaginations to create snow stories. 

In maths, we identified shapes, created our own shapes with lolly sticks and sang lots of shape songs. 

We ended the week on a high with our Santa run! Owls loved warming up with the year 6 sports leaders and particularly loved the hot chocolate at the end! 

Well done to our star of the week, Olivia! Olivia sang so enthusiastically during our nativity practices and has helped all the angels learn a dance! Well done!
