Another fantastic week for the Falcons.

Here are some highlights from the week. 

Literacy

Falcons retold The Queens Hat story with actions. We hot seated the characters and thought of some brilliant questions. Falcons thought carefully about how they could innovate their stories to make them their own. 

Maths 

I was very impressed with the vocabulary Falcons used to describe their arrays. They counted very precisely and loved creating their own with their talk partners. We learnt about sharing equally and could draw accurate pictures to represent equal groups. 

History

Falcons were fascinated to find out about who is in the royal family. We looked at the royal family tree and found out how many children Queen Elizabeth had. Falcons were fantastic at using the family tree to make links between different royal family members. 

Please remember water bottles and reading books each day.
