Week commencing 13.07.20

Congratulations Ospreys, you have done it! 14 weeks of home learning. You should be so proud of yourselves.

I know it has been hard to stay motivated at times and everyone has had to make adjustments to their normal routine but from the brilliant work you have shared with me I can tell that you have made great progress in your learning.

I am so excited to see you all on the 14th of July. I can't wait to see how much you have all grown since we last saw each other and hear all about your lockdown adventures! I have got some new CGP books to give you when you come in. These will help consolidate your Y3 knowledge and ensure that you are ready for Y4. There is one each for English and maths and each activity should take only 10 minutes. You will also be taking home some of your old exercise books and personal things you might have left in your drawers so don't forget to bring a carrier bag on your visit.

If you haven't already done so, please write a letter to the new Y3s to help them prepare for life in Ospreys Class and bring it with you on the 14th. When you are writing, think of all the things you can easily manage now which might have worried you when you made the jump from Y2. Hopefully this will help you to see that even though you might be a bit concerned about moving to Y4, you have dealt with change before and you can do it again!
